I am very new to this site and glad to be here.
Some of my friends who started eating more foods
in the alkaline group have seen major improvement
in their health. I would like to know if you or
anyone you know have tried this. It is not diet.
You just use more foods which are alkaline and less
of acid producing foods.
I am attaching a couple of sites for you to see.
Please share your thoughts. I would like to know
if anyone would wants to get together and try
comming up with new menu's by including more
of these alkaline foods on 'Arusuvai' site.
