I live in Dubai and we get fresh mushroom packed in super markets. I don't know how to cut and use it for cooking. I have referred YARUM SAMAIKALAM part to know about a particular type of dish and had referred this site to few of my friends who needed assistance in cooking. If possible please, guide me in this. I always have a doubt that whether to use the stem and inside the mushroom I find a black sponge part. Can we use this or discard it? No idea. Please help me.
