And keep in diet

morning after woke up : have 1ltr water in mt stomach

@ 7.30 to 8.30 am have one cup of ragi kanchi

@ 9.30 to 10.30 am have small amount of vegitables off boiled

@ 11 to 12 pm same small amount of vegitable off boiled

Lunch : have water as much u can b4 lunch .

* take a one hand of white rice with ur wish kulambu / paruppu .

* take mulaikattina payiru also

Evening 3 to 5pm

Have fruits & salads . if u want have small cup of black tea

Night :

after u gt hungry tat time take 2/3 chapathis with small amnt of gravys/ dalls.

& next day morning 5 -6 am yoga and daily routine diet.

Note: in between if u want to take NV means add it on lunch as small quantity only

** if u want to have egg also have it in lunch time only .

** after done a yoga dont drink any thing for half an hour after that have water & after half an hour only take breakfast too / wat ever

** Fruits u can avail all type of fruits & take date's too
