My small advise.

Before starting any therapies,go for diagnosis.if u do dianosis only we ll come to know whether he falls under the autism spectrum or not,if it is autism then wat is the severity level,wat are all his problems and all

In Bangalore u can go for diagnosis

1.dr.Vijaya raman st.johns hospital
2.Nimhans hospital

3.dr.Mahadevaiya(spastic society)
4.dr.yejashwini kamaraj(Reeach clinic)

My point is only speech therapy wont work,along with speech v have to give OT(occupational therapy) too.

Only OT can help them for their attention issue and sitting tolerance.
